No. All our products are cruelty free and we use natural ingrediants.

We use Australia post and other selected courier companies to deliver our products to worldwide.

Any local (deliveries with in Australia) it should take with in 5-10 working days from the time you place your order.

Once your order leave our warehouse we will send you and email with your tracking details. 

any international deliveries it should generally take 10 -12 business days. However please be aware some orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on customs regulations in each country.

As a special promotion all our online sales has free delivery until further notice and this may change once the offer is over. 

Normal shipping cost for local deliveries are FREE and for all our international deliveries postage  will be charged as below.

You can only cancel your order up to the point it is dispatched.  We normally dispatch all our orders with in 1-2 business days after receiving the order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately on admin@silkyrain.com.au.

All candles should have their wicks trimmed to about 6 mm every time before burning. Please remove any debris. Also make sure the candle is not oxygen-starved and never burn candles in a draught.
